Returns & Exchanges


  • Standard Products (Non-Custom):
    Unused, uninstalled items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
  • Custom-Framed Blinds:
    Due to their personalized sizing and design, these are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    ➔ Your peace of mind: We provide detailed measuring guides, free 1:1 virtual consultations, and samples to ensure perfect fit.



Warranty Coverage

All blinds include a 10-year warranty against:

  • Material defects (fading, warping)
  • Mechanical failures (lift mechanisms, magnetic seals)
  • Craftsmanship flaws (frame alignment, sealing integrity)
    Exclusions: Damage from improper installation, accidents, or alterations. 

 

 Problem Resolution

  • Report Issues: Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Fast Fixes: We’ll repair/replace defective components at no cost—or refund if unresolvable.
  • Measuring Errors? If we mismeasured, we remake your blinds free of charge.
